Longyearbyen Pride is a non-profit festival organized by volunteers. As we are not yet an organization, your donation will be regarded as a gift to an individual and thus not qualified for tax deduction.
We take donations through bank transfer and Vipps in Norwegian kroner or bank transfer in other currencies.
If you donate to us as a private person, upon your agreement, we will record your name in our sponsor list on the website and read it during the Pride parade. If you wish to support us and receive physical items, please buy our merch instead.

Where Does The Money Go?
The profits from our merch items and money donations are used to fund the activities planned for the Pride festival, including, but not limited to, the expenses of venue renting, invitations to guest artists, activists, or authors, purchasing equipment, and the cost of making merch.
Those who organize the Longyearbyen Pride Festival are volunteers and are not paid for their labor.
